There are days for formality and form, and there are times for unabated and radical expression.

In life and in practice, this keeps things varied and interesting.

Welcome!

My name is LT and I am an E-RYT 200/RYT 500 yoga instructor and technical writer / commercialization consultant. I am here to hold space for and cultivate communication and connection. My goal is to capture the ethos of your Self, or your message, and reflect it back to you. I love living the slash – that is, of a yoga teacher/writer. And in many ways I feel my passions overlap. Let me explain…

I have been teaching yoga since 2016. I began teaching in Atlanta, Georgia at Red Hot Yoga Studios, and spent two years teaching yoga among various yoga studios in San Diego, CA. My teaching style pulls inspiration from all of the trainings and courses I have done, which span from structured and disciplined to mosaic and abstract.  To be quite frank, I’m not sure if there is one single way to describe my teaching style. There are days for formality and form, and there are times for unabated and radical expression. In life and in practice, this keeps things varied and interesting.

However varied my classes may end up, and regardless of what we practice in our day-to-day, there is always an acknowledgement of the origins of the yoga practice.

I have always used writing to express myself.

Professionally, I began writing for a small technology start-up straight out of college in 2014. After winning a few small grants on their behalf, I took a break from writing to pursue my yoga passion. Around this time, I was asked to take on some major grant-writing and web content projects (some with this same tech company), and I have won a total of $2.5M for my clients. I specialize in writing/positioning for socially and culturally conscious, for-profit start-up technology companies. My experience ranges from curating pitch decks and developing prose for websites, to technical and research-based writing. The industries I serve are also varied, as I have worked with everything from Solar to MedTech to Supply Chain Finance. If you need help positioning an idea, I am here to help you create and communicate.

Let’s Connect

I find that both yoga and content writing contain boundaries. Whether it be a particular class format or a writing prompt, both allow us to explore structure and transitions and expressions, and give us the opportunity to create something new out of nothing. I love using creativity to show people what they are capable of.

If you are ready to launch your idea to a new level, let’s connect.
